On a typical shift, I first gather all necessary items before going to my work station. Once at my station I am responsible for washing, drying and stacking clean utensils. Once that is complete, I re-stock all utensils where they belong. On other occasions I will assist the cooks with gathering needed food related items. At the end of my shift I will sweep the floors of the kitchen and mop the floors, once complete, I empty all trash in the kitchen area.
