As a pinsetter I stand behind a plastic curtain and bend down and set up wooden duck pins as fast as I can. Then I wait for the people to roll down the small resin ball knocking over the pins just like in regular bowling. Lanes are usually rented 1-2 hours per lane usually and sometimes I’m doing 2-3 lanes at a time. A shift typically is 3-4 hours. During my shift I also fill up buckets of ice for the bar and server stations. I also take out trash and clean garbage.
