I have successfully maintained a private auto repair service from the comfort of my home since my last employment with J&k construction, I have the tools and knowledge to repair and maintain everything from lawn mowers to modern trucks. This has given me a strong understanding of what it takes to keep a business up and running, budgeting and the craftiness required to be self sustaining.

Some of my daily job duties included; ensuring we had proper tools for current job, loading and unloading construction equipment onto trailers, building a strong understanding of construction principles, owning and maintaining my own tool set and driving trucks with trailers. I mainly have experience in residential construction, I have successfully assisted in the completion of multiple remodels, roof replacements, and multiple complete builds of Mueller metal buildings.

This was a part time job I did for many years both during and after highschool, I would frequently travel throughout the state of NM, and occasionally to TX or CO. My responsibility was to maintain foreclosed homes for various bank-owned foreclosure properties. My duties included; Ensuring properties were vacant, winterized, locked up, and safe. All proof of work completed was done through photos, this taught me how to maintain a high level of quality, as a missed photo or sub-par repair would lead to no pay for a job several hours away from home.
