Customer service is our biggest pro here at landmark we are trained to answer the phones a certain way and find our customers needs and find out how we can help them out.

• As a Sales Apprentice in training. I am responsible for running the back room/shop and keep customers informed on what's going on with their vehicles; whether the customer has a bent wheel or an out of balance wheel or maybe they need new tires. Usually I have about 3-4 service techs under my authority to delegate what work needs to be done on vehicles and how to get the work done efficiently.
