• Postoperative care for complex spine surgeries. Management of complex comorbidities. Pain management.

• Creation of the ALDS service as the initial NP and the development of a team of practitioners.
• Postoperative management of lung transplant and endobronchial valve patients, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of internal medicine complaints, managing pulmonary hypertension with critical medications, obtaining H&P, facilitating discharges, complex medication prescription and management, prompt recognition of clinical deterioration, progress note dictation.
• High risk infusions such as IVIG, rituximab, blood, clotting factors, iron, other biologic agents.

Hemodynamic and neurologic invasive monitoring, mass transfusion, mechanical ventilation, critical thinking, and advanced assessment.

Phlebotomy and starting intravenous infusions.

 Postoperative care and anesthesia recovery.

Gene therapy research looking at the effects of various agents on the
 chromatin structure of cells utilizing gel electrophoresis, centrifugation, and
 chemical agitation.
