• When I was working here I was a winter Temp hire, so I only helped out on the days we had snow or ice from the storms. I would operate with a team and go around the site snow blowing or shoveling the paths in my assigned section and then we would go around and salt as needed. And then I would head over to the next section that needed help to help them finish up.

• Reason for Leaving: I loved working here but was informed over text from my boss that I was no longer needed at the company, due to my limited experience in the landscaping field. Ran Register when needed and monitored self checkout while managing lines and customer service desk. Along with closing the store and running the front end as the monitor in charge. This involved keeping track of everyone's breaks and lunches to make sure everyone gets theirs. Also involved sweeping register draws and balancing them. • Reason for Leaving: Handed in my resignation due to not getting enough hours only 15-20 hours per week, when I was available all day everyday. Along with being asked to close without having monitor numbers to use.

• When I was working here I was a driver for one of the crews with a truck and trailer and we would go to the jobsites and take care of the order that we have on our schedule for that day. The different tasks I did were cutting grass with a zero turn lawnmower, weed whacking, bed weeding, weed spraying, raking leaves. I also operated the fowling equipment, Zero Turn, walk behind blower, backpack blowers, weed trimmer, weed killer spray, push mower. Gas powered sweeper
• Along with that we also did blacktop sealing and patches so we would also seal cracks that are in peoples driveways and paths, along with cutting the driveway or parking lot and ripping it apart and patching the bad spots.

• Reason for Leaving: Still currently working here but I do not like the environment. Instead of teaching me the proper ropes on how things are done the correct way they just yell at me and tell me I'm doing it and it is common sense and then go straight to the boss about who then takes their side of it.

• When I was working here my job duties were to keep the counters, tables and bathroom clean throughout the day. Along with awning the phones and taking orders on the iPad and register. I also served food, taking it to the customer and cleaning off the tables when they were done. I handed the cash and register and the order window along with scooping ice cream and making the milkshakes or dessert items.
