I have quickly moved up the ladder to best performing and most reliable employee at every job that I have had and set the new standard of what my employer is looking in that position. I have trained people to the best of my abilities, shown them the ropes, and ensured they are capable to perform any aspect of their job title. I currently work construction for a radio telecommunications company and have experience with directing a team to a finished and functional system at a commercial level. I spend a lot of time with general contractors, and other tradesman coordinating required components of our install, and ensuring the completion of needed penetrations, sealants, and supporting for our system. I have been a part of everything from surveys and helping pioneer blueprints, to installation and final inspections.
