In my role as Director at Lake Harriet Montessori I coordinated staff, managed schedules, and maintained a positive and productive school environment. Proven track record in fostering relationships with teachers, students, and parents to support student's academic and social development. Diversity and equity are crucial components of education. As a preschool director, I have prioritized hiring diverse teaching staff. Sharing their cultural traditions and stories is integrated into our daily curriculum. Throughout my 20+ years as a director, I have cultivated a vibrant, caring community consisting of current families, alum families, staff, and students.
