Project: A&B Insurance - Incentive Management

• We implemented the Incentive Commission management system for generate weekly and monthly commission by streamline the processing of insurance-related commission/incentive transactions, payees, rates, and business analytics
• It allows users to upload, download, and analyse their incentive compensation statements, ensuring efficient data handling for insurance agencies

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse the business and functional requirements
• Identify test plans, scenarios and prepare detailed test cases
• Create, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios as per the agile process
• Create the defects and tracking it with inhouse defect tracker tool
• Lead the QA and UAT testing with client team
• Co-coordinate with client and development team to track and close the defects
• Handling the defect triage meeting on daily basis
• Tracking the change requirements by documenting the changes

Project II: AIA-Incentive Management

• The AIA Agency would generate monthly commission for their agents, and we implemented the reporting system to streamline the processing of insurance-related commission transactions, payees, rates, and business analytics
• It allows users to upload, download, and analyse their incentive compensation statements, ensuring efficient data handling for insurance agencies

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyse and understanding the business requirement
• Identify test scenarios and prepare detailed test cases
• Create the user stories and scope in Agile to execute test cases, test scenarios
• Co-coordinate with client and development team to track and close the defects
• Execute the test case for Book of Business as per the requirements
• Validate the source and destination files mappings and outputs
• Lead the defect triage meeting with client team
• Streamlined QA processes for better efficiency, implementing standardized test cases across multiple projects.

Project III - Saran solar System Web Application Development

• Created the web application for the client business as per their requirement
• Development activities involve building secure, scalable, and user-friendly apps using frontend, backend, and database technologies

Roles and responsibilities:

• Understand business and functional requirements of the web application
• Define test scenarios, test strategies, and acceptance criteria
• Identify test data and prepare an execution plan in Jira tool
• Execute the test cases with Selenium tool
• Ensure the application works smoothly on different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)
• Perform responsive testing on various screen sizes and devices (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Validate user authentication, authorization, and session management
• Create the defects in Jira and coordinate with team to address it
• Perform the form validation and user interface validation

Project IV- Elite Exceed Web Application Development

• Created the web application for the client business as per their requirement
• Development activities involve building secure, scalable, and user-friendly apps using frontend, backend, and database technologies

• Created test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to cover various functionalities and scenarios
• Conducting Different Types of Testing such as Functional Testing, Usability Testing, Security Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing

• Prepared document bugs and defects, providing clear and concise information for developers to address them
• Working closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure that issues are resolved effectively
