  • Oversaw the redesign of Reviews on all Product Detail Pages (PDP) during the transition from one vendor to another. This enhancement significantly improved the customer experience on the PDP, leading to an increase in reviews across all PDPs on Nike.com.
  • By Incorporating a more agile process, I propelled the PDP Development teams velocity from a one-week sprint and a capacity of less than 25 points to doing two-week sprints and capacity of 130 points, a trade from 50% longer Sprint for 5x capacity.
  • Created PDP Feature Map & Spec Sheet, this was instrumental and extremely crucial in pointing out that we had analytic tags missing. This led to the creation of over 60 stories to add tagging across the PDP. Not only did this help find a major miss but once missing tags were identified we completed all the critical & major stories within 12 weeks.
  • Oversaw the implementation of analytics tagging on Product Detail Pages (PDP) to facilitate AB testing, ensuring continuous refinement of the PDP. This strategic approach aimed to enhance consumer understanding of our products, ultimately driving improved engagement, and increasing the likelihood of successful purchases.
