Accomplishments

2022 -Headed the pilot for the NAC position in the SE Region . Successfully established 3 NAC positions in the SE who support new business.

The success of the pilot came from a strong working relationship with key partners throughout the division and my knowledge of SAP in several areas to make it possible for me to be able to address concerns quickly and accurately . I have also positioned the Southeast to not need assistance in the new account space from our regional Ross or BPS for coverage due to PTO. Transitioning NACs to cover PTO for each other has been seamless through continued communication, training ,working more efficiently and having a strong support system that includes myself when needed.
