  • To expedite Devoted's AI plans, led a Seed round investment in Layer.ai followed by negotiating a strategic partnership agreement for integration of their solution in to Devoted's new platform
  • Re-envisioned the platform development team and product roadmap to bring forward the MVP launch for the platform from Dec 2024 to Dec 2023 to establish product-market-fit with game developers, entertainment companies, and brands.

  • Advised leaders on emerging tech trends (e.g. blockchain, metaverse, Gen's) and changing consumer needs (social, creator tools) to evolve EA's business.
  • Spearheaded the creation of EA's corporate-level strategic planning process.
  • Led early M&A due diligence which resulted in the $2.1B acquisition of Glu, $1.4B acquisition of Playdemic, and $1.2B acquisition of Codemasters.
  • Led DEI initiatives including the creation of EA's social impact and DEI strategy.
  • Established a market intelligence function for more robust data-driven insights at the c-suite and Board levels, including the creation of forward-looking metrics and analysis.
