  • Arrange and aliquot all serology specimens
  • Register measles and yellow fever case-based forms in their respective ledger and file them

  • Fill in serology test results on their respective worksheet and ledgers

  • Send 10% of Measles and Rubella Negative, Equivocal, and Positive samples for EQC every three months and 10 % of yellow negative and positive samples after six months
  • Along with data officer, Send weekly and monthly Epi database updates to IST, Lab Lead, WHO, and Department of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology

Molecular Department (Support )

  • Quality check for reagent
  • Conducting in-service training for new staff
  • Monitor staff on DNA/RNA extraction procedures

  • Test for 28 pathogens using TaqMan Array Card multiplex platform
