* Review all referrals to ensure need is indicated.

* Review and assess admission information that all federal and

state regulations were needed.

* Work with corporate to be sure that staff development is

current.

* Perform all recertification's on all patients

* Work with medical staff to ensure that there is open

communication.

*Responsibilities included staff management and delegation of

patient assignment.

*Initial admission assessment for all new admissions

*Manage conflict resolution of patients and staff and referral to

directed when needed

* Patient advocate

*Liaison with Medical staff to ensure a smooth relationship with

nursing staff.

*Responsible for hiring and firing of nursing staff.

*Assist in patient admissions and care when needed.

*Maintained working relationships with referral sources.

*Responsible for hiring, annual assessments and firing.

*Develop rapport with medical staff to ensure open

communication in patient care.

*Ensure that all patient care is delivered in a quality and safe

environment.

*Assist DON to provide education to staff.

*Ensure all federal and state regulations are maintained.
