Passionate about flying, I wanted to become a pilot since I was a little boy living in the rural area of western Ethiopia. After I won a scholarship to join Ethiopian airlines in 2007, I have stayed focused to develop a career as an airline pilot. I have flown more than 8500 hours. I have been to most places in the world. Flown from the regional DHD-8-Q400 to the large and most advanced Dream Liner, B787. I have flown as a PIC on B737. I can not see myself doing anything else but flying. In my spare time, I like to keep myself busy with Education, I like to read non-fiction books, watch movies and exercise.
