• Sourced candidates through various recruiting tools (ATS, Indeed, Job Boards, Facebook, etc...), screened, and interviewed candidates to fill facility staffing contracts or per diem need resulting a the growth of my Book-of-Business of over 500 active caregivers ready for contract or per-diem (PRN) work.

• Created delivery schedules based on the D/O (Delivery Order) times of the SRM software (Supply Relationship Management) requested by our customers.

• Streamlined logistical strategies to ensure and maintain consistency for all logistical operations to execute supply chain procurement and logistical plans to assure undisrupted material flow to our customers as well as alleviating any potential monetary burdens, increasing fulfillment rates, lead time reductions, as well as inventory accuracy rates.
