• Provide direct Corporate Action support for Prime Brokerage clients on both Cash and Swap, covering all event types across the EMEA, North America and APAC regions.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with Front and Back Office stakeholders to ensure client escalations are resolved in a timely manner.
• Support the timely and accurate distribution of Class Action Compensation to clients while working to enhance & automate the internal process to ensure it’s saleability.

• Managed the EMEA Mandatory Cash Dividend team within Asset Services which is made up of UK based employees and an outsourced vendor team.
• Oversaw the timely and accurate processing of over 12,000 cash dividend events annually.
• Acted as a point of escalation for the Business Unit on complex or nuanced dividends, withholding tax, and settlement issues.
• Lead a team of 4 on-site analysts who I conducted regular 1-1 check ins with, delivered mid/end of year reviews and mentored to ensure they achieved their personal and professional goals.
• Implemented a robust, pre-pay date control framework to identify and resolve record date discrepancies. This led to a reduction in overall payment SLAs from an average of 1.9 to less than 0.5 days.
• Prepared and presented ongoing team projects for senior management buy-in to ensure I had sufficient resourcing and support from our stakeholders.
• Sat on the Women's Business Alliance Panel and hosted a session to demystify the promotion process from Associate to Director.

• Responsible for maintaining the risk profile for the team, where year on year I achieved a 90% reduction in the number of post trade/pay date breaks.
• Collaborated with tech to deliver processing enhancements which increased monthly STP payment rates from 35% to over 70% between January and November.
• Active member of the Charity Committee where I built and maintained relationships with local charities, helping MS employees find volunteering opportunities year round.

EMEA Corporate Actions/OTC Derivatives

• Monitor dividend entitlement and withholding tax risk, proactively escalating issues to the trading desk to mitigate financial loss and deliver client service excellence.
• Oversee that KPI's and KRI's throughout the vendor team are met.
• Analyse and present monthly data to tech partners, highlighting key issues and manual work drivers with an overall aim of enhancing STP platforms and maximizing departmental investment in technology.
