Gene Tsai

I have spent my professional career mainly in customer services and molding future generations. During my time in customer services I brought many customers back to the location and had them ask for me by name. I provided my services in a professional manner while making the customers feel comfortable, due to this the UPS store that I had worked with won awards for grossing 1 million in revenue. Also during my time at Banana Republic I had the chance to work with regional managers in creating floor layouts and styling mannequins to show case the newest rollouts. As an English teacher in Taipei I communicated to students and helped them understand english with a basic proficiency in Chinese. I created lesson plans and had a positive relationship with my students. As someone who has not followed the mainstream career path, I have spent my time post High School figuring out what skills I have and how to to expand on them. The culmination of my work experience shows that my strengths are public speaking, interpersonal relations, and adaptability.
