Summary

I graduated from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy on April 16, 2021 as a Class 1 Certified Deputy. I am currently serving as Corporal and acting Sergeant of the Bravo Shift in the Patrol Division. I excel in community policing, team building, traffic control, and report writing. I have a proven track record in enhancing public safety through effective de-escalation techniques and strong communication skills when dealing with unstable mental patients, and fostering trust and collaboration within the community. Since I became Bravo Shift Corporal in August of 2025 and acting Bravo Shift Sergeant in February 2026, the team has excelled in traffic/dui detection, report writing, call responsiveness, and team building. While under my supervision, several of our shift deputies have received multiple awards including Deputy of the Quarter and Challenge Coins for exemplary service while on patrol. I served as a Reserve on the Marine Patrol Unit from January 2024-July 2025.

I currently serve as a Board Member for the Mitney Project in Georgetown, SC to assist the lower income neighborhoods with affordable housing, repairs, food assistance, and bill payment.

I acquired my South Carolina Commercial Applicators License in 2007. I used that opportunity to become skilled in business management, sales training, profit management, route management, customer service, fleet management, and team building.
