• Prepare all products for packaging (cutting/ peeling)
• Report any defective product to line leaders
• Report any defective machinery to line leaders and maintenance
• Wipe Condensation as needed
• Know and follow all Johnsonville safety protocols.
• Actively Participate in equipment owner activities and other operator reliability tasks.

Know the scope of the project
Apply internal procedures for the execution of the Project.
Carry out Detailed Baseline Planning of the Project integrating Engineering, Purchasing, Supplies, Construction and Commissioning, in coordination with partners.
Ensure compliance with all the Client's requirements regarding contractual documentation to be delivered, such as progress, curves, planning, reports, etc. in time and form.
Periodically update the planning.
Report the status of the project to the Project Management.
Prepare reports required by the Client.
Report any project delays.
Make acceleration plans when necessary.
