With a proven track record in quality control at Tyson Foods, I excel in ingredient blending and quality control, ensuring products meet strict standards. My flexibility and effective communication skills were instrumental in serving in support roles as a leader backup and cooler manifestor backup, and my FSQA experience demonstrates that my adaptability and attention to detail have helped me lead critical operations.
As FSQA, I am responsible for ensuring data accuracy and reliability through instrument calibration and testing. I also oversee quality control and prioritize and organize tasks to efficiently achieve the necessary objectives.
My primary responsibility as an ingredient mixer at Tyson Foods is to mix and prepare ingredients for food production. My role is to ensure that ingredients are mixed according to the company's recipes and quality standards, and then calculate the percentage of marinade that should be in the product, in this case, chicken breasts. I operate specialized machinery to mix the ingredients.
On-Line 30 I started as a spreader, trying to turn chicken breasts on the refrigerated conveyor belt. During my time as a spreader, I was trained as a backup marinator, which is currently my job, and later I was trained to be a backup coller manifestor.
I have been a leader backup in Line 30 and the Control Room.
I have been a backup for the Cooler Manifestor for the Debone area, and also the Control Room.
