• I am responsible for the routine and emergency care and treatment for specified individuals with developmental disabilities. In routine and crisis situations, my duties include grooming, bathing, feeding, observing, and reporting individuals' conditions and behaviors. Also, I will accurately document individuals' behaviors when needed throughout the day, following the daily schedule, which may include home activities, home training, and unusual incidents. Help make simple and well-defined decisions based on guidelines, arrange the work schedule to ensure adequate coverage, and monitor individual staff ratios.particpation progression for effective communication with other staff ensure effecient delivery of care training and support activities on the unit through superervision of activities and work behaviors or assigned employees attends meet serves on committees and performs other specific tasks when directed by the ud and or the bc.

• My team and I did all the catering for Texas Tech high schools and businesses in the surrounding areas of Lubbock, TX. I supervised, helped, delivered, and set up with my team. We, as a team, went out every week to help and donate our time, and to promote the catering side of Macalister's. We, as a team, helped and gave away free products at such functions as the Color Run, Breast Cancer Run, and Ronald McDonald House, and that is just a few of what my team and I did for our part to help the community and give back.

I left the company to move back to denton to be closer to my kids and grand kids

• I started at the age of 17 as a bagger and worked my way up through the company as a drug manager, a grocery manager, assistant store director, to a dual store director of two stores. My responsibilities were not limited to customer service, customer complaints, employee issues, inventory, labor hours, freshness in the bakery, meat, and seafood departments, store cleanliness, and profits. I oversaw that we ordered enough product necessary and accordingly to the season at hand. I personally took responsibility for the morale of both stores to assure my employees knew how important they were and how they were valued. I did, but was not limited to, games and prizes for doing a great job. We huddled every day before every shift just to cheer them up and left with a smile that set the tone for every shift, and it showed through their work to the very best they could do.

Unfortunately, the company was not doing well, and they started to shut down stores. It was at a time when Walmart was putting the grocery department in their stores, so I graciously took my severance pay and retired from the company.
