Process Guide

• Collaborate with Process Assistants to help labor track and staff AA"s
• Ensure that following shift have adequate information to prepare them for their shift
• Operate with other department and supervisors to manage flow for incoming arcs and ensuring associates placement
• Communicate with TOM team to to let them know when a trailer is not gonna make Stander Date Time (SDT) and providing them with the cancellation case for If diver show up
• Communicate with Relay Operations Center (ROC) for when a trailer is not gonna make Stander Date Time (SDT) ,and inform them to cancel the VRID

Personal Experience-TDR

• Communicated with Area Manager and Ship-Clerk about damaged trailer and following the correct safety procedures and make sure the trailer are safely secured to the dock and all gear is stable and operational.
• Communicated with Ship-Clerk when a trailer is ready to TDR out and ready to TDR in
• Communicate with Sweepers to inform them when a trailer is going out and making sure it has been swept and the seal is correct

Personal Experience-Forklift Operator

• Safety-oriented Forklift Operator knowledgeable about proper handling pallet jacks and forklifts. Works well independently and as part of team. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Making sure that each pallets are scanned into the right trailer
• Safely make sure that there is no one in the Buffer and honk your horn for when AA's do not see you working in that area
