Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation

I have had a passion for animals of all kinds my whole life. Growing up I have always had animals around me and it is still very true to this day. One of the greatest sayings I go by is "Love the unlovable things". I have owned and rescued all kinds of animals through the years including furry ones, scaled ones, 'creepy crawly' ones and even naked ones. I always refer to any animal in my care as my child or foster child. No matter how small, they are family to me. I have volunteered at many rescues helping to find forever homes, rehabilitate back to full heath or even give them all of the love I can give until it is their time to go. I have volunteered at places such as  Liberty Wildlife cleaning up after, feeding and caring for the avian guests in their care. I would help prepare food and report how much they had eaten each rotation while also reporting to the heading team if any sicknesses or health concerns were to arise during each of my walk throughs.
