During my free time I love to cook food for my kids, one their favorite is the chicken adobo and fish escabeche (sweet and sour fish)I also love to read books of any kind during my free time. I also watch documentaries in Youtube and I love to watch movies of any genre.

Prior to this application I was also a Call Center supervisor for more than 2 years. As a supervisor, I manages and oversees a team of call center agents. Motivates and supports my agents through feedback and communication. Measures KPI's like inbound calls, call waiting, and call abandonment. Assists with taking agents' calls if they can't handle the workload. Measure agents performance, coaching them when I see opportunities, do realtime intervention when needed and assisting them with their inquiries.
