  • Revitalized Tiered Metric Structure at not only the site but matrix-wise to drive improvements within the organization. Piloted one Value Stream to detail layout and metrics tracked then moved to the remaining Value Streams and support functions.

Project was more focused around the management of serialized medical container (pills, blister bags, DNA kits etc.) within SAP to make sure “lots” were not split and were traceable back to MFG date if there would need to be a recall.
