- Led a project for $4.5M in incremental revenue realization due to increased capacity growth. Deconstructed a batch flow Value Stream line and using lean tools (Time Studies, Spaghetti Diagrams, Inventory Analysis, etc.).
- Revitalized Tiered Metric Structure at not only the site but matrix-wise to drive improvements within the organization. Piloted one Value Stream to detail layout and metrics tracked then moved to the remaining Value Streams and support functions.
- Coordinated work of four specialists supporting the Manufacturing Business (Fabrication through Finished Goods). Specialist were given certain Value Streams and/or support functions to support and then reported out on progress at the CI standup meetings daily.

- Managed global CI for all of the LPE Division with a focus on N/A $7.1M Yearly Savings (25 sites in four separate countries).
- Acted as the Local and Global support with revamping the division Tier 4 process for all of LPE starting with Rochester and driving throughout LPE. Used a mesh between the Rochester and Monterey locations to drive on global process and metrics then moved out to other locations.
- Conducted “One Lot” divisional project facilitation for Rochester. Project was more focused around the management of serialized medical container (pills, blister bags, DNA kits etc.) within SAP to make sure “lots” were not split and were traceable back to MFG date if there would need to be a recall.
