Company Overview: Manufacturing and Production Facility (1400 employees)
Assumed duty as Quality Assurance Inspector for all hygiene products.
After an extensive training and qualification course, assumed duties as Hygiene Engineering Coordinator for EMEA (Europe, Middle-east and Africa) This position requires supervising the maintenance of all capitol equipment, HVAC systems, dust control systems, air-conditioning systems and preparing the plant for dust and aerosol related hazards.
Translated SOP’s and Manufacturing Standards from English to German, preparing for American external quality and safety audits.
Created a safety data-base to pin-point all injuries in the plant. Introduced Training programs, and daily manager-lead safety inspections for over 100 on- and off-site contractors, which reduced an average of 5 contractor injuries per year, to 1 per year.
