Manage Custodial Department operations of the company which involves managing custodial contracts and custodial obligations with Federal, State and Private Sectors facilities. Providing guidance and overall management of the department.

Coordinate with the custodial site supervisors regarding custodial obligations for multiple buildings as far a periodic cleaning in the contractual obligations, all towards the performance of the custodial contracts with the Federal, State and private sector's facilities in Southeast Alaska.

Supervising Site Supervisors in their respective custodial buildings and needs.

Supervised custodial crew of few buildings, plan out regular duties and contingency plan in case custodians doesn't show up or on vacation, monitor custodial supplies and order them when necessary, do building quality inspections, timesheets and evaluations of staffs. Coordinate with the crew regarding work order requests. Communicate with building managers of respective building facilities.

• Weighed, wrapped and labeled meat products for sale to grocery customers.
• Replenished cases through shifts to maintain consistent sales.
• Assisted customers with selecting types and cuts of meat by answering questions and offering recommendations.
• Kept shelves and display cases organized, products fronted and expired items removed.

• Emptied trash cans and recycling bins to keep building clean.
• Clean restrooms and refilled paper towel and toilet paper dispensers for users convenience.
• Maintained clean and comfortable environments in contract building by vacuuming, wiping glass entry way doors, mopping floors and dusting.
• Do other duties as assigned by the Lead Custodian
