Upstream Processes: Elratanamab (Bispecific Monoclonal Antibody)

• Designed process flow diagrams and modeled upstream operations for Elranatamab using Pfizer’s regulatory data.
• Reconstructed real-world manufacturing steps including media prep, N-1 perfusion seed train, and 2000L bioreactor setup.
• Performed techno-economic analysis comparing in-house vs. CDMO manufacturing, incorporating CAPEX and OPEX modeling.

Downstream Processes: Elratanamab (Bispecific Monoclonal Antibody)

• Designed a complete downstream purification train for Elranatamab, including centrifugation, filtration, chromatography, and refolding steps to produce a functional bispecific antibody.
• Applied Quality by Design (QbD) to define CQAs and CPPs, enhancing process robustness and regulatory compliance.
