  • Amnesty Tech, our job is troubleshooting robots with crashes, items stuck under the robot to prevent it from going to its location, and loss of power.
  • Using an Amazon Kindle to fix the system or have to physically move it.
  • Repaired 175 robots, five hundred pods, replaced the fiducial (QR little squares that the robots use to follow a path).
  • Helped the IT department upgrade the computer monitors to touch screens, replaced scan guns for a hundred stations, and upgraded the Wi-Fi system to 802.11n systems to allow more bandwidth, less station downtime, and the robots going down.
  • Replaced 25 HP Tower Computers for outdated stations to help improve productivity.
