With 25 years of sales, engineering, customer service and business development experience, I have and continue to gather extensive knowledge in key roles from my outset as a leading engineering apprentice through transition to running an independent consulting business, major account selling, sales performance improvement and business development consulting. My capability to help organizations was built through leading engineering teams in the United Kingdom, progressing on to managing direct marketing sales teams, successful negotiation and implementation of multiple strategic sales, leadership and management transformations across Australia and now operating global businesses out of the United States. Having bases in Europe, Africa, Australasia and now North America I also bring a wealth of knowledge of cultural diversity and I am able to draw on the key points of reference of the regions, whilst respecting the different customs, traditions and perspectives that govern their diversity.
