Manage the purification of raw water into high-purity feedwater for boilers and turbines. Core duties include monitoring system parameters (pressure, TDS, pH), performing chemical dosing (antiscalants), maintaining membranes and high-pressure pumps, and conducting water quality tests to prevent scaling and equipment corrosion.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Operations: Start and stop RO trains, high-pressure pumps, and chemical dosing skids based on plant load demands.

Water Quality Monitoring: Test water samples for conductivity, pH, and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS); calibrate plant analyzers to meet turbine and boiler specifications.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures for fouled membranes, replace cartridge filters, and repair valves or piping.
Compliance & Reporting: Log operational data, maintain chemical inventories, and adhere to strict environmental and safety regulations

• Assist in the disassembly, repair, and reassembly of valves, cylinders, actuators, pumps and other equipment in the shop or at customer facilities
• Perform service requests as assigned with limited supervision competently
• Determine repair requirements for mechanical components by use of technical drawings and various types of measuring equipment
• Assists in loading and unloading tools and equipment into trucks for field repair
• Set up and take down of required repair equipment on site and in the shop
• Test high pressure safety relief valves which take precision and being very aware of the processes and procedures
• Overhaul and repair of various types of isolation valves and actuators
• Ability to establish the skill level of a subject matter expert on all types of pressure relief valves and some isolation valves.
• Operate equipment, such as Fork-Lift Truck, for loading/unloading equipment at the shop, and moving parts/valves, as needed
• Communicate and provide feedback to the lead valve technician, follow direction and guidelines

• Installation, programming, testing, and maintenance of petroleum equipment
• Petroleum Service Technician
• Troubleshoot and repair gasoline and diesel dispensers
• Installation of fuel storage tanks for generators and gas stations
• Analyze electrical and mechanical problems and provide repairs as required
• Proven installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage electrical wire and equipment related to fuel management.
• Experienced in: Gasboy dispensers, Gilbarco Veeder-Root Systems, Encore 700 EMV Fuel Dispensers, CNG Dispensers, and Wayne's dispensers

• Follow built sheets with the appropriate items (12 volt pneumatic oil/gas/diesel pumps,115 volt pumps) for 500 gallon fuel/oil tanks
• Set electrical connectors for 12 volt set up pumps or 115 volt pumps for 500 gallon fuel/oil/lubricant tanks
• Use heat gun for connector butts on wires
• Built DEF totes with DEF nozzles and DEF pumps( 112 volt/115 volt)
• Troubleshooting, repairing , and maintaining gasoline/oil/lubricant tank units
• Plumbing Pneumatic Fuel/oil/lubricant 500 gallon doubled walled or single, tanks together using pipe dope and galvanized pipes, bushings, coupling and adapters
• Installation, construction, maintenance, and repair associated with fuel pumps and pneumatic lubrication pumps
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of mechanical equipment like small engine motors( pressure washers/lawn mowers)
• Service and refurbish 500 gallon double wall tanks(pressure wash/paint/scrap) as needed per customers request
• Accurately diagnose mechanical repairs on 12 volt pumps
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on 115 volt pumps
• Install 115 volt fuel pumps on double walls(500 gallons)

• Preventative maintenance for vending machines that vend water, box truck driver, change motors, pumps, filters ,sensors, diagnostics or issues, run service route for machines. Run preventative maintenance route promptly in a safely manner with efficiency. Water sampling for the state of Florida. Reverse Osmosis systems
