• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Field Technicians, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality of service.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one coaching sessions to identify skill gaps, recognizing top performers and creating improvement plans for underperforming staff.
• Facilitate monthly team meetings to communicate company goals, technical updates, and safety initiatives, ensuring alignment across the workforce.

Operations & Metrics

• Monitor daily workflow and technician routes using workforce management tools to maximize productivity and meet appointment windows.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Repeat Trouble Calls, OTA (On-Time Arrival), and productivity rates to identify trends and implement corrective strategies.
• Collaborate with dispatch and routing teams to resolve logistical challenges and ensure efficient coverage during peak periods or outages.

Training & Development

• Spearheaded the onboarding process for new hires, delivering hands-on field training and guiding them through technical certifications and safety protocols.
• Develop and deliver training materials focused on advanced troubleshooting (HFC, EPON, RFOG, DOCSIS, WiFi) and soft skills to improve technician metrics.
• Conduct regular field safety observations (FSO's) ensure compliance with safety and installation standards to minimize injuries and rework.
