Primary duties included performing diagnostic x-rays and fluoroscopic procedures in the department and throughout the medical center as needed.

Room 1: Performed general x-rays; CXR, orthopedic exams of all types including Bone length and Scoliosis exams.

Room 2: Performed general x-rays as ordered, assisted MDs in fluoro procedures including B.E.s, Urological exams, Upper G.I.s, "Sniff" tests.

Room 3: Performed general x-rays, Used fluoroscopy to assist Speech Therapists in "Swallow " exams, and MDs performing pain injections.

Room 4: Used fluoroscopy to assist Speech Therapists performing "Swallow" exams and provided fluoroscopy for MDs doing pain injections and lumbar punctures.

Room 7: Performed general x-rays including CXR's, skull exams, sinus series, cervical/thoracic/lumbar exams (standing), and other orthopedic exams as requested.

3-South: Provided fluoroscopy for MDs performing pain injections for patients in the Pain Clinic, also assisted in MDs using ultrasound for various exams.

Provided fluoro support for MDs performing bronchoscopy procedures and ERCPs/ stent placements in other rooms.

Surgery/OR: Provided fluoroscopy for orthopedic cases (C/T/L), extremities, abdominal surgeries (gall bladder), stent placements (angiography), ureteroscopies and PERCs.

Provided fluoroscopy for MDs completing urological exams for SCI patients.

Portable exams: Completed portable X-ray exams using Cannon portables (CXRs/Abdominal series, orthopedic exams, NG tube placements) throughout the medical center including: ED, Surgery, ICU, DOU, SCI, and all of the patient wards on floors 2-5.

Additionally, provided support for the PM/NOC shifts, the Mission Valley Clinic as needed, stood on-call on a rotating schedule and provided support to CT/MRI as a health aid tech.
