- Includes interior structural column, beam, and floor replacement of roughly 20% of structural members requiring significant coordination along with all new MEP's, Interior Finishes, Monumental Staircase, Exterior Canopy and waterproofing of basement.
- As lead superintendent onsite responsibilities included schedule building/coordination, safety management, quality control, production management, pay application reviews and submission.
- Lead team of 2 other assistant superintendents to delivery quality project on schedule.

- The three-story, 70,000 SF overbuild (C-Tower) recently completed construction over an occupied five story inpatient and surgical hospital wing as well as numerous renovations through the active and occupied facilities.
- The key building on this project was the construction of a 250,000 SF six-story cancer center occupying a compounding infusion pharmacy, laboratory spaces, consultation, exam spaces by specialty, demo kitchen, dedicated women's health space, 58 infusion bays, new imaging suite, and a RTLS - real time locating system to assist patients in their travels through out the building improving the patient care experience.
