Have my own work van, can pull my own permits and use my own liability insurance, if necessary. Also, will not be needing company health insurance as my wife's employer carries the family plan.

I was trained as a coloring chemist by the company, in 2000, and promoted to technical director, a position I held until I left in 2003, due to the company going out of business.
