Having over six years of varied experience on an ambulance responding to critical and emergent situations. Beginning as an EMT and I provided vital assistance and treatment inside an ambulance. I was able to improve my skills in emergency response and patient care while also having a significant positive impact on the community. I then ventured on to work as a medical coordinator at a homeless recuperative care shelter. I was very effective at making sure that prescriptions were filled, planning transportation for the clients, scheduling appointments, and handling emergency situations swiftly. I am currently working as a staff assistant for an outreach team, setting up appointments for clients to be seen by healthcare providers, coordinating with nearby shelters, and connecting clients with services that improve their quality of life on a daily basis.
