I was hired via one phone interview, the company specialized in hotel remodeling Which I had no experience with the procedure or critical path for construction and scheduling.

one week later I was on a flight from Tampa to Indianapolis. The acting superintendent pick me up at the airport and prep me on what was going on at the job site. This was an eight story embassy suites with three floors completed two of which were not correct. The company was in jeopardy of losing the contract which was a surprise to me. I immediately started by interviewing subcontractors one at a time understanding their scopes of work and communicating with the project manager who was partner owner in the company. There was too many problems to list but it's good conversation of what and how not to run a job. It took me four weeks two organize and put a critical path schedule for completion of punch items on the two completed floors that the owner wanted and needed to occupy. After another four weeks we had a punch items done . subcontractor fulfilling their contractual obligation. After two months we were ahead of schedule. The Owners went into negotiations for additional projects and prior to the completion of my first project with Paramount Construction Group they we're awarded with over twenty million dollars in additional projeCT's.

Jacksonville, Florida ground up five story Holiday Inn/Suites.

Juno Beach, Floridia Rehabilitation center addition/plus built the client a multi-million dollar house on the intercoastal waterway.

Ruskin, Florida ground up Hampton Inn and Suites.

Dunedin, Florida two story open mall with seven resturants ,two Bars and retail. Completed all buildouts.

Bob was looking for a replacement for his GM of the Roofing division. I told him that I put a roof on every project that I completed. He told me a had a big learning curve to maneuver and put me to work. Sales,estimating, material purchasing, scheduling, supervision and thousand other moving parts to include. Best thing that I did was to hire a real roofing Superintendent. My team turned around that company and in 2007 won contractor of the year from the Commercial Division of IB Roof Systems.

Bob did very well, sold the company and I moved on.

Projects included : Pasco County Jail, Courthouse, Administration buildings and many smaller projects. Ramada Inn, Ridge shopping plaza, Veterans shopping plaza and mulmultiple comm buildings in and around the State.
