Working as a member services representative at a country club has taught me the value of customer service, communication, and attention to detail. All of these skills ensured that the members had a pleasant experience, and that business went smoothly.

In this role, I was responsible for organizing dining requests and reservations, greeting members while providing exceptional customer service, and working with front-back of house kitchen to ensure the flow of restaurant operations went smoothly. Throughout this experience I developed strong customer service and communication skills, time management, and attention to detail. All of which are important to succeed in a business environment.

I am currently focused on expanding my knowledge and gain valuable experiences. I am committed to learning from the best, and surrounding myself with people who will help me strive in the professional world. I am eager to apply my current and future skills into a spirited and rewarding career.
