• I cut and trim beef chicken and pork loin for the restaurant.

I performed the duties of the meat cutter, I cut and trim meat for the case and custom cuts for the customers using hand tools such as knives, grinders, cubing machines, and power saw. I cleaned and cut poultry and seafood. I also worked the meat counter as needed. I was certified by The Fresh Marked.

• I was trained at Marsh though the Apprentice program. I cut and prepared meat for the case. I also cut meat for the customers specifications. I cut and cleaned poultry and seafood for the meat case. I also worked the case as needed.
