George Grinzewitsch

Over a decade of experience in the retail automotive business. At sixteen, started career in the car business as a service porter and went on to work many of the common jobs that exist at a retail automotive dealership. After college, went to work for Fletcher Jones Motorcars as a delivery specialist and was recognized as sales assistant of the month. After returning home, implemented valuable processes picked up during time at FJ motors. After time as a delivery specialist, became a service advisor and was consistently top of the board in CEP scores. Then moved into a sales associate role and was salesperson of the month, twice. While selling cars, graduated from the National Dealer Academy. After selling cars, transitioned into a sales manager position. Managed with objective data and inspected what was expected from team members. Successfully increased 2020 new car volume by 10% in 2021, during a year where volume was down with nearly all brands and markets.
