  • Operated 3 Watertube High Pressure Steam Boilers at 100 PSI rotateing them in and out of service as necessary as well as all peripheral equipment. Fired # 6 bunker oil first part of employment until we switched to natural gas with #2 oil as backup . Monitored all HVAC alarms for the entire campus and satellite locations in Chicopee and Westfield. After hours, I answered all maintenance issue calls and called in the appropriate maintenance personnel. Started as per-diem in 2003 thru 2013 and in 2015 came back as full time .

  • The Position was seasonal thru the winter months and plant was shutdown finally for safety reasons at end of life . The property is now a solar farm.
