George Kringas

I currently serve as the Executive Officer for the Army and Army Reserves Recruiting Company in Canton, Ohio.

• Responsible for planning and resourcing company recruiting operations dispersed across an area of over 4,059 square miles in North Eastern Ohio, with a combined population of over 760,000 people; schedules events and works with community leaders in the company's AO; arranges all assets required for events; coordinates with outside civilian entities to create a funneling recruiting environment.
• Coordinates and schedules meetings and Company training; responsible for the health, welfare, mentorship, and guidance of the 20 NCOs and their Families; manages the Company's administrative processes and assists the Company Commander with maintenance, accountability, and serviceability of unit equipment and vehicles valued at over $600,000.

Served as a Platoon Leader for a Combat Support Military Police Company consisting of 159 personnel.

• Responsible for the health, welfare, and development of 40 Soldiers and Non-Commissioned Officers. Responsible for the planning, resourcing, and execution of Platoon level training. Manages over $10 million dollars in equipment and 13 tactical vehicles.
• Performs duties as a Military Police Duty Officer (MPDO) the primary supervisor for all MP law enforcement activities during their shift, ensuring proper execution of operations and coordination between the Military Police Station, patrols, emergency services, and higher headquarters. Manages the law enforcement training and certification of 40 Military Policemen in order to execute the company's law enforcement mission.

Served as a Operations Officer for a Combat Support Military Police Company consisting of 159 personnel.

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all training, operations, and tactical missions within a Military Police company that performs both law enforcement and combat support operations.
• Ensures unit readiness through the execution of collective training, field exercises, and deployment preparation. Manages operational reports, taskings, and mission tracking systems to ensure mission success and unit accountability.
