As an assistant. supervisor, i would walk vacant units take pictures for the asst. property manager, give crew members work orders to complete ,walk make ready units to make sure they completed and ready to be rented, do follow ups on vendor work ,on a day to day basis i would do work orders and sometimes make ready's

when i worked for volunteers of America , i ordered parts , call vendors, called for temp help ,did make ready's , completed work orders, did the grounds ,worked with property manager
