At Amazon as an FC Associate I was expected to be able to "Pick" meaning I had to scan the Items of Orders made and organize each of the complete orders in their assigned bins. This job was certainly hard work as each 3 hour shift you would typically walk about 3 miles. You had to stay on task and remain focused too, you needed to meet and certain number of orders per hour. This job required the teamwork and help of others: We had to work together and work hard to finish and achieve what needed to be done. That along with efficiency were key characteristics and traits you needed to be successful at Amazon.
