there's barcodes placed inside and outside the mall each officer has a mobile device and scan the barcode when there nearby a zone on property when patrolling.

• Customer service

giving assistance to customers when needed like helping them find a store or giving directions to any other part of the mall with foot patrol and outside patrol mobile provides help with jump starts to customers with car trouble or direct them to any exterior part of the mall.

• Responding to emergency situations

When the supervisor or officer receives calls or gets pull aside by a customer about an emergency going on whether its theft,medicals, car accidents, fall we respond to the call and location, depending on the call the supervisor calls police/fire or ems if needed.

Conducts Searches of Patrons in a major sport arena, ensuring Prohibited items are not allowed in the stadium. Foot patrols are made, responding to Emergencies, Medical incidents, civil unrest. calls police/ems/fire if needed depending on the situation
