Classroom teacher for 10 years. Helping 6th graders of all levels learn and progress. Self paced and driven to meet the information the students needed. Emphasis on Science and Math while covering all other subjects.

Moved to district level position for 21 years. we helped teach technology to students as well as the Teachers. If problem came up on machines I would first try and fix them if I was unable to sent ticket to District Computer Techs. Would help teachers implement new equipment and software. Teach classes to teachers on the new things that were available to them. Helped teachers move from Novell to Microsoft. Also placed computer orders for the school labs and teachers, As well as other equipment.

Worked as a customer service rep for the computers and programs from district to teachers.

Held down 2nd job working for the mosquito abatement district - Davis. 10 Years working in the field find and killing sources of mosquitoes. 18 Years managing the lab identifying and counting mosquitoes. Davis County has around 20 species. Many come from different environments at different times.

Explaining the life cycle of mosquitoes as well as what the district were doing and using to keep the numbers down. Worked with many a patron who was unhappy with the mosquitoes. Customer service had a large roll to play in this.
