My foundation is as an Electrical/Controls Engineer managing a project crew of four technicians for efficient work on smaller projects, while simultaneously managing a multi-million dollar control system upgrade projects that Included new DCS, new PLCs, and connection to the the new SCADA center for central control of the Savannah Electric grid. I changed jobs chasing digital technology at two other companies. Each project more sophisticated than the last including predictive analysis. I moved to sales after an unsolicited offer. * Managed existing accounts with continued expansion of the PI System - encouraging clients to use the new capabilities of the PI System beyond data and trending.
* Developed and presented talks to discover the business needs of the client to understand of the magnitude of the ROI for solving the problems.
* Managed meetings with VP level to understand their business needs before talking about products.
* I believe if I work for my client - I will be successful. I had a client in SC that needed to double the size of the PI System. This company used PI internationally. I was able to negotiate a transfer of the tags that were suspended in Europe - to be licensed in the US per contract a win-win.
* I managed relationships of 30 customers in SC and was prospecting in others.
