I've done HVAC work for the past 10 years. Service and install lead I have done seven and a half of those years and the last two and a half I have done primarily install lead. I have set myself apart in that field doing that absolute best quality work I could possibly do from the operation of equipment to the finer details and anesthetics as well as taking pride in the customer's over all experience. 7 years I spent dedicated to Mize Heating and Air Conditioning and carried that same dedication to the Paschal team and the culture we have created. Before coming on with Mize I was a warranty specialist for Maverick Transportation where I picked up the computer skills needed to excell in that environment and became one of the top warranty specialist.
