While being the district safety champion for the PHVAC Midwest district, I have gained important safety knowledge on how to keep our employees safer while we do our day-to-day tasks at United Rentals. I have gained experience in URSS/UR5S and important safety recording processes that every employee at United Rentals is required to complete. While being the District Safety Champion for the Midwest District, I have attended monthly safety meetings and have created important safety topics for the district.

As a Vertical Sales Representative at United Rentals, I have successfully achieved building a customer base for our new location by providing great customer service, accurate billing, and building trust with our customers. I have also gained industry knowledge throughout all of United Rentals business units by building relationships with my counterparts in other divisions. I have also gained operations, service, and product knowledge throughout my time as a Vertical Sales Representative while keeping safety at the forefront.

While being the Inside Sales Representative for United Rentals Power/HVAC I have gained great customer service qualities while learning the importance of accurate billing and filing at the branch. Being an Inside Sales Representative for United Rentals has also taught me the rental flow process at United Rentals and great communication skills between my counterparts and customers.
